Dental Days of TAP AZ $17,100
Dental Days mission is to provide no-cost preventive, surgical, and restorative dental care to underserved and vulnerable adults in Coconino County. Through this model, NACDD hopes to create a pathway toward establishing a comprehensive dental care model. The focus of NACDD is to provide ongoing, consistent preventative care to low-income, vulnerable residents in Coconino County, which in turn could move the standard model of care provided in
the area from emergency to preventative. NACDD plans to schedule, organize, and recruit volunteers to provide no-cost dental care for adults in Coconino County through small community dental events.

Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona is a nonprofit housing organization, founded as the Affordable Housing Coalition in 1990 through the grassroots efforts of local citizens concerned about the lack of affordable housing in the Flagstaff community. We expanded from an advocacy organization to one that focuses on programs designed to help local residents identify and maintain safe, decent, and affordable housing. Our mission is building opportunities for sustainable, affordable housing in northern Arizona. The Flagstaff Youth RiderS (FLYRS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Flagstaff, Arizona. FLYRS was founded in April 2016 to provide a structured and team-oriented approach to mountain biking for youth. We began small with a few families in the spring of 2016, and have grown each season as the interest has expanded, serving almost 300 youth in 2019. We are excited and honored to work with families in our community who share our passion for the outdoors and whose kids want to break out of the mold of traditional sports programs. FLYRS programs foster independent learning and accomplishment, as well as group-based comradery and encouragement.

Feeding Northern Arizona’s Future (FNAZF) is a 100% volunteer based non-profit which directly impacts children here in Flagstaff. Currently between 1,500 and 2,000 elementary age students here in Flagstaff have little or no food on the weekends. FNAZ provides food to the schools on Thursday to be put discreetly into the kid’s backpacks for the weekend. The food bags have 6 meals and a few snacks.
